How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Numerousthinks Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How Numerousthinks Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Numerousthinks Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@numerousthinks.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and what result you would like
Our Next Steps
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
